Following consultation with your dentist, and a scan of your teeth, a series of clear aligners are made just for you. These aligners are changed every one to two weeks, as directed by your dentist.
Using this technique the aligners are nearly invisible, making it a popular solution for patients of all ages.

It is recommended you keep your aligners in for at least 20 – 22 hours each day.
